Yes, as an Indian student, you can practice in India after MBBS studies in Nepal. But for that, you have to make sure you college in Nepal is NMC-approved. This is not it, you would also have to clear the FMGE or the NExT exam

The best country for an MBBS comes down to what you're looking for. If its affordable education that you're interested in then Russia stands out. As does the likes of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. If you're looking for a curriculum similar to India's, then Nepal is a very good choice. MBBS graduates from Philippines tend to do well in the FMGE and NExT exams.
