i will tell you how
1. If you will change the stream now then you have to loose your 2 precious years in commerce.
2. If you do this the you can only show any one of the stream either PCM (i.e science in +2/11th and 12th) or commerce.
3. In future you have to explain to the recruiters (companies who will give u job) about the 2 year gap any if you say this reason then u will have a bad impression.
In my suggestion be happy with you commerce stream, work hard and yes next time think before you choose a Carrier. best of luck.

As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
