Hi Anil,
SAP Sales Distribution is the most preferable. However, other modules that can go with a sales profile-
-Production Planning
-Customer Service
-Customer Relationship Management
SAP SD is one of the demanding, popular and money making careers . An SAP SD career path is more secure than a normal career in Sales and Marketing as career advancement opportunities are wide in an SAP SD field.

According to me, MBA in finance will help you get a very good starting salary, but choice of specialization should be based on ones interest and skillset as opposed to salary. If you have interest in a domain, may be you might get a lower starting salary, but with your skills you will be able to climb up the hierarchy ladder quickly thereby your salary will rise.

Hi Srishti,
Up to my suggestion please be very sure before you join any sector because as per your saying you belong to a traditional family i would say that this jobs would be requiring you be flexible with working hours and some time you have to take up extended shifts you might not get any leave in festivals and it might involve travelling.
Be sure before you join any such career.
If this answer helps mark it as the best or else like it for appreciation.
