See if at the time of placement graduation marks gets considered ;it is the criteria for few companies and it's not the college which decide the criteria.The college tries to get all its students sit for all interviews and get placed.So if the company gives any criteria regarding graduation marks then it has to be followed but as said earlier these criteria are of few companies,so you will be able to sit in maximum companies.
Secondly,there is no such criteria from college side,all students are given equal opportunity to sit for the placements
