It depends on your class 12th percentage. If you are a 99% holder then the best college for you is Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, but with 80-90% you should appear in the examination of Banaras Hindu University (it is one of the top universities in India, ranked 7th in the list given by MHRD, Indian Government).

As per your experience you can apply in marketing, finance and even operations and business can relate to you. It depends on your interest as well. I will suggest you to go for dual specialisation that is finance and marketing. If you want to focus on one then you can choose finance in priority.

If you targeting a job in public sector banks then you can appear for PO and clerical recruitment examinations after any graduation degree (preferable B.Com or BBA). But if you are targeting private banks, MBA is a preferable option. For long term career growth in banking sector, MBA is a good qualification.

If you have very good grades, you can opt for a M.Sc. Check for admission requirements and then decide. If you have a decent profile, go and apply to a PGDM program. Many PGDM programs allows students to complete a Masters from a nearby university so you can check all options.
