If you prefer management job, you can opt for MBA (IT). On the other hand if you prefer operational job you may go for MCA. Both are good, but depends upon your own interest and passion whether you want management and control position or to get managed.

Just take up some certificate course or diploma course in event management to add in to your qualification. Since you already have the management qualification, you would definitely get an upper hand in your remarkable success in the field of your passion. Must go ahead for the career line you want to adopt.

it totally depends upon your interest whether you want to go for M.Tech/MS or MBA. If you love your field in which you persued your B.Tech then you should continue with it. but if you want to change it n do management then go for MBA. Both are equally good , i guess. you just have to excel in whatever you do.

It depends on the US university. Some US universities will accept only institutions that are accredited by US standards. The real question is "recognized" for what? Are you planning for a PhD in the US?

Hi Nupur,
As you are already pursuing engineering and you want to pursue Mass Comm, I would like to say that both the fields are totally different and it might be very difficult for you to pursue both the courses together. But as you have this question, I would like to say that Mass Comm. is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category of Mass Comm/ Media to you in brief, I am providing you with few article links below, kindly refer to them to get a better idea.
