no it is not possible. As per the website of the institute the admission process is given as follows:-
Admission is based on IBSAT 2012 and interview. GMAT Scores (from 2009n onwards) and CAT 2012 Scores are also accepted in place of IBSAT 2012.
IBS Hyderabad accepts GMAT score of 550 and above and CAT percentile of 75 and above

I would say that a comprehensive plan in studies will help you reach your target . The time table for the study plan should be in tune with your daily needs and schedule.
As far as the preparation is concerned, I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday at reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. and for GK, you can refer Competition Success Review for updates on current affairs.
You may also refer the following books:

You will only get Direct admission in MCA 2nd year if you already passed BCA, in distance mode. In regular mode it can't be. There is a procedure to get admission in regular too but it only on the basis of transfer from one region to another, because your university may change . in that case if both university allow it may otherwise can't.
