Hi Yashovardhan, MCA is a postgraduate course one can choose to pursue if they have an interest in computer application.
To be eligible, students must pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
OR
Pass with 50% marks in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.

Both the course you mentioned i.e B.tech and B.arch are good good course to pursue, both of them offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
So you can pursue either of this course as per your interest and liking.
How ever if you are interested in MBA, then first complete your graduation and then opt for MBA.
So do not take stress, just think in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course.

Hi Sai, I would like to inform you that as per present rule if you study 1 year you will get open work permit for 1 year and if you study 2years you will get open work permit upto 3 years. Normally student go for 2 years course so that they have enough time to get job in a field of their study, getting 1 year work experience and apply for PR from there. Also the cost of Pg diploma and Master degree is not same. It is advisable either you go for Diploma or Master degree, the duration is same 2years. Based on your budget you can go for diploma or Master degree as tuition fee of diploma is around 12000 to 15000CA$ per year and tuition fee
