you have to do IELTS to prove your English proficiency . To decide which is the university you can opt for, first you have to decide which course you want to study.
Only after deciding the course then you can decide the university. see weather university has research in your subject, then you can apply for that. When you do research they pay stiffen and that money is coming from industry who had sponsored.

Yes you may surely pursue MBA from good B-schools provided you fulfil their eligibility criteria for admission.
