Hi Sandesh
Work experience does not hamper your chances of getting an admission interview call or final conversion. We have 45+ freshers in a batch of 227. But yes, if you want to pursue Operations Management or Information Management, having relevant work experience always helps. But again there are exception. One of our senior in Operations batch was a fresher himself which is hardly the norm.

Hi Abhijit,
Nice to know your interest in the stream of animation and Vfx, In animation what is major seen is the work of the candidate and not the degree, whenever you send your resume in any company then before even opening that they would like to see the attached demo reel first and if the demo reel is good and your creativity is shown properly the second step would be resume in that also on the first page you would mention you experience and exposure and the second page would consist of your diploma or degree. So don't worry about it. and now the second point you should join the center after understanding about the course and the job

Equal every where in private sector and government sector, distance courses are given equal chances. Moreover, degrees should be recognized. Secondly, a distance course is better for already employed one. Thirdly, yes you can go for advanced courses. Effectiveness of a program is mode dependent also, I mean how much effective you are that you can not pursue a regular program even when you have age, there are many top level institutions where fees are reasonable and scholarships are available. Analyze yourself.
Regards.

Just log on the state government official web site of that state where you want to apply. Now find the various different departments listed there. Go at every department's site and there you will see the opportunities. For example, PSC (Public Service Commission) of every state is easy to be found on internet. Most of the departments of a state fill vacancies through the PSC. if you like then select my answer as a best answer.
