See, I have friends from all the three courses, who are very well placed now in the industry. Hence, to be honest I can't give you the right answer. Because, in BIBS, each and every student gets placed and mostly with good companies. Placements start at the same time for all the three courses. But, one thing I would like to say that, if you are having finance background, then it is easier for you, if you take up PGPFM, because that is a finance course. Rest, marketing is great option for both PGPBM and PGPIBM. Rest, everything is same.

Hi,
First of all, why do you want to write your 6th sem exams again? And technically, you can not do the same as there is maximum time limit for any course duration, you can not pursue the course after that duration I.e. for B.Tech it is 7 years.

Check out the major differences here:

MBA: It's a university-affiliated degree focused on teaching management principles through both theory and practical subjects.

PGDM: This is a diploma awarded by an autonomous institute. Focused more on the practical skills and updated concepts.
Both have their pros and cons. PGDM from elite universities like IIMs is valued more in the job market.
