As of now, Intermediate Council of Schooling Education (ICSE) Delhi is not affiliated to CBSE, CISCE or State Education Boards of India. As mentioned before, 10th and 12th degrees should be granted by Boards listed by the ME or state governments.

Such degrees from such boards or universities or institutions may not be accepted for admission to higher learning, jobs in government departments and organizations, or even competitive examinations. In this case, it is recommended to check the recognition of the board with the Department of School Education and Literacy of the Ministry of Education or the National Institute of Open Schooling.

Yes, for admission to B.Sc. programs at Ranchi University, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is mandatory. According to the official guidelines of the university, though CUET scores are accepted for admission, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may also be considered for admission based on merit. However, preference will be given to those who have taken the CUET. This applies to most undergraduate programs offered by the university, such as B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc.
