There is no age limit for education. You can opt for M.COM through correspondence from good university:-
1. IGNOU
2. Sikkim Manipal University
3. IMT PTU
Since you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

Hello Nishi,Hope you are doing well,Criteria gotta change every year depends upon the Number of candidate's Participated.See, last year's cutoff was somewhere around 88 percentile. But the last person who got admission in the first counselling had 91 percentile in general category.
Placement are quite good,but the highest package was 15lkh and min.Package is 4Lkhs.
