Congratz on securing a good rank in GATE. You may get admission into IIT based on your rank and talking about the placement records i IITs, they provide one of the best placement assistance in India to their students. However in case you are interested for some private universities or scholarships you can also check out universities like Amity, Lovely Professional University. You can get good amount of scholarship based on your GATE score in these universities and also their placements are somewhere in the top batch.

Hey Garima,
Yes definitely you can do mass communication after your MBA. Generally mass communication courses don't have higher or any special eligibility criteria so you can go for that. Probably you will get admission based on the required degree for Mass Comm not MBA. Moreover it is not like good or bad for doing any course after MBA, if you think you can do it you should go for it.

Engineers have very good numerical and analytical abilities because of heavy use of Maths in thier engineering syllabus. Therfore engineers are able to score well in numerical and analytical section in management entrance exams. Any Science and non Science graduate who has similar skills will equally do well.

We have a holistic admission process where we place equal emphasis on GD/PI process (100 Marks) and Entrance test score (100 Marks). Your score is good if you perform well in GD/PI you have fair chances of getting short listed for Admissions.
