At 82 percentile, I have to be honest with you, the chances are low. The usual cut-off is 95 percentile. Even for management seats, the cut-offs are high. However, there are some chances as the college might accept you if they are impressed during the interview.

According to your pcm percentage you are not eligible for B.tech-cs programme in Amity University becuase they require min 60 % in class 10th & 12th aggregate and 70% in pcm .
You may try for other programmes in which you are eligible.
