Choice between MBA / MTech or job is the most common dilemma facing B Tech graduates. If you intend doing MTech in longer run, it will better to continue with education. MTech qualification offers you jobs and a freedom to make career in technology. However if plan to do MBA it will ideal to go for job and gain 3 to 4 years experience to maximize your careers and benefits. But it has a big challenge. While on job, you may not find to prepare for MBA exam and it may reduce your chances to get admission to tier I college. You may chose among these three options based on your interests and personal commitments,

Look as you know there is a long list of colleges, but iit's are at top followed by Nit's and then state govt. Colleges And thereafter private colleges. This is the traditional sequence of b.tech colleges. But beside these there are some good private international colleges, but their fee is very high.( Bits ,vellor institute, manipal )
