You should appear for GATE exam to get admission in an IIT for M.tech

attend coaching classes which is available in Delhi because exam is 2 difficult without coaching

You should prepare and appear for GATE and by scoring good ,you will be eligible to get admission in IITs for M.tech

Your destination depends on your academic background and future plans. Each country has different education system and different rules for work opportunities. Decide as per what suits you the best.

I will advise u to not drop for IIT because now IIT is also is higher fees like private colleges and IIT onely matter is placement.and u can be jobless after IIT if u will not show ur talent (work) companies. so u can also earn good package. companies need talent not they will offer job onely the name of colleges.
