The top govt. colleges that accept CLAT score:
minimum education 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (any stream). Age : not more than 20 yrs.
Forms for entrance are usually our in January to March. Exam is in April and results are in the month of May.

Normally, you are required Master's degree only for a specialist job.
Like, specialist of it in banks etc. except these graduation is enough.

You can crack it, if you have really confidence that I missed the exam with little marks like that.
But, I suggest you not to waste one more year, as in future it may be questioned that where you spent these two year.
I strongly recommended you to join any college, because it is a matter of one year.
