As you are from PCM background, yes, it will be bit difficult to to understand the subjects initially. But subjects of BBA and MBA at later stages are not that difficult as you will find these subjects easily to relate with real world.

BBA is more of theoretical degree. In comparison MBA is more analytical degree with case analysis, situational analysis, role playing, workshops, independent research with presentation and leadership exercises. If you do BBA and MBA, you will get flavour of both theoretical and analytical knowledge about various Management functions.
