If you are interested for Media Law, firstly, you need to do LLB programme and afterwards in LLM programme, you can choose Media Law specialisation.
Afterwards, only you can handle cases related to same with licence from BCI.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible. Many Bachelor of commerce programmes have units of ACCA courses. You have to check university websites for programme details. Australia is a good option as the courses are affordable, however, living expense is on the higher side. The University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney are good options. You may also consider universities in Dubai and Singapore. Check this list:
