These are among the top ones for mechanical engineering in Germany:Technical University of Munich;RWTH Aachen University;Technical University of Berlin;Karlsruhe Institute of Technology;University of Stuttgart;TU Dresden;Darmstadt University of Technology. Hello Tamut, all private unaided colleges are allowed to give admission to a certain percentage of students under what is called as management quota. Here the only requirement is that the student should possess minimum qualifications of eligibility. One needs to approach the institute directly. Fees are invariably negotiated. Best wishes.

Hello Vishnu,
These days almost all states have put in restrictions on admission to engineering colleges in their respective states. Only domiciles can take admission. Of course some seats are reserved for NRI & some for FN's. Some states have certain seats reserved for all india quota meaning for students from other states. In Tamil Nadu its the Anna University which is designated agency. You will find all required information on their webpage.

Yes sure. But you may not understand because it is basically of technical line. And you belong to a non technical line. The course is very good course basically but you get to learn very much. Since you are not of CS line so in profession you are not going to use it. But you can join the course for general awareness and for safety purpose.
