HGood evening Ghandeep, You can do PHD part time by qualifying Net/set or any recognized uni's entrance test. When once qualified, you have to submit a brief proposal of your topic and mention that you wish to pursue the Phd in part-time mode. This facility is available in almost all reputed institutes.
