there are no relation between chartered accountancy and Chartered Financial analyst. both is different thing. chartered accountancy is a INDIA course while CFA is an international course. you get more information about CA on WWW.ICAI.ORG while about CFA on WWW.CFAINSTITUTE.ORG

Hi Nasheet, the salary will depend on your performance. On how you perform during the course and how well you take steps to look for jobs after studies and how you perform during the interviews. I could be wrong but according to the market trends in India BTech is valued over an ordinary Bachelors and a Masters is always essential whether you have BTech or BCA.
If you ask for a personal opinion then go for BTech for now and do a Masters also later on.
