A better option in the present scenario would be to go for M.Tech and try to acquire more knowledge. Doing MBA is also one of the options and if you are straight away interested in corporate job then go for MBA from a reputed institute through regular mode of education. Getting hand-on experience in a good company can also be a good option provided you get a company where there is lot of scope for learning. In that case you can do MBA later. By doing M.Tech you can go in the research & development field and/or in the education line.

To get into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
Simultaneously, you can opt for industry relevant certifications in order to enhance the career opportunities.
