If i talk about salary it depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.

As you are already graduated in science I suggest you to purse Masters degree of your choice, there are many reputed universities offering MA (Master of Arts) in distance mode of 2 years, but make sure you never fell in false universities promising to end degree in 1 year (Fast track) which will be wastage of money and time.
Complete you PG in Arts from any of the reputed distance universities of your choice.
