Dear Mr Auwal,
B.Pharm. is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a pre-requisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical set ups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals.
For a lateral entry program, eligibility criteria (Qualifying Exam) is pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Pharmacy) (2 years after 10+2) (Diploma should be recognized by PCI) or equivalent.
If you have completed your diploma from India, then you will be eligible subject to your marks, however if your diploma is from some other country, then you have

Maharshi Dayanand University is a very good university of Haryana. The colleges affiliated to it as well as it's departments definitely have placements cell. However as can be expected, it's a government university and hence some feel that it's not as nimble as private or deemed to be universities but then it's an opinion only. You can go ahead and take admission without any worries. Best wishes to you.
