Age should not be more than 21 years on October 1 of the year of admission (relaxable by 3 years in case of SC/ST).

Selection is done on the basis of merit in the PET.

Like AICE, so many Institutions are selling the certificate to the people which is having no use for higher education or Govt. , Pyblic Sectior or MNCs Job. It is useless certificae. Please keep in mind no recognised University or Institution are running any fast track programme. So, If you want to collect a waste paper by paying in thousands, you may go for this but beaware it is having no validity anywhere.
