Some general eligibility rules are as follows:-
(I) Admission to Post Graduation course
The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to Post Graduation course is 50% marks in Graduation
course. However a 5% relaxation in marks will be given to the SC/ST/Handicapped category applicants.
(II) Admission to Graduation course
The candidate who has passed in 10+2/Intermediate examination will be admitted to the B.Sc. courses.
Student having only one reappear are also eligible for provisional admission. No students will be allowed to
sit in the examination of B.Sc./BBA/BCA semester-1 final examination unless/until he/she clear his/her
reappear in 10+2 class before 15 Sep, 2013, if any

Hi Mrunal, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective.Try their website for more details. Also remember that Animation requires good mentoring. - There are many course options available after 12th. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
- As you have studied and shown interest in Biology in 12th, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
- Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
- You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.
