After BCA you have endless opportunity . . BCA gives a student with a solid platform to further his career in the field of technology but it is strongly recommended that a student should opt for MCA to further his prospects in this competitive world. BCA is a good course but it is simply a bachelor's level degree and not much importance is given by both private and government organizations especially when compared to a B.Tech course. Therefore one should join MCA after BCA which will improve a student's prospects immensely and companies also attach the same weightage as a B.Tech degree holder.
After completing BCA students can start as Junior Programmer or a Software Tester and then move higher up the ranks and attain the role of a Senior Programmer. IT industry is booming in India and even in times of global recession, the Indian scene was relatively stable.
But if you don't want to study further or don't like private sector then You can apply in all govt sectors which requires bachelor degree or The Exams which you can appear for getting government jobs are:-
1)IBPS for Bank PO/Clerk.
2)SSC UDC/LDC.
3)UPSC(for IAS/IPS/IFS).
4)Indian Railways.
5)CDS(Combined Defence Services).

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA form universities abroad, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
