If you are so interested in a professional degree then you can go for a B.Tech degree too. These days universities like LPU, AU, SRM etc are also providing B.Tech biotech/ nanotech./ food tech./ agri.engg. etc that are meant for students with medical background.
They are also as good as MBBS or BDS.
These universities are also providing scholarships to students on the basis of their marks in 12th.

I suggest that you opt for hotel management course as this field has got lot of openings as compared to the IT field. But it is important that you have interest in this catering field. IHM-Mumbai is very reputed also.
