Hi, its depend on u in which stream you are intrested
as a mechanical engineer you have various oppourtunities to get job in army , navy, airforce as an engineer . you can also join psu like ntpc, ongc, bhel, bu clearing exam after degree called ies( indian engineering services)
as a civil engineer yo have also many option because from past few years civil is really in demand because of highways construction and construction companies like dlf
as a electrical engineer you can apply for various govt jobs like jee, asi ,and also there are big number of mnc recruiting electrical engineering

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
