If you want to work in abroad then i would recommend you to take admission in B.Tech twinning arrangement, in this first 2 years of your degree you will do in India next two year in some foreign University. One of my know is studying in Lovely professional University under the same program.

Beside this i would suggest you not to stick at one place only as its a matter of your career.Check for top rated Indian Universities as osmani , pune uni, Lovely Professional University. Some of these university provide good scholarship schemes as well.

Also you may be offered scholarship as well in some private universities.
Before taking admission i would suggest you to visit the campus at least once.
Check for infrastructure, rankings, number of students studying etc.

MBA is better option, but i dint understand that why you want to do M.Com and then MBA.
No need to do M.Com. Either do M.com or MBA.
Also you have good option such as BBA+MBA dual degree.

SIESCOMS does have management quota seats, but they too are fully based on merit. You have to buy the same form that is purchased for the minority quota and fill it up and submit it the college office.
A merit list will be out even for the management quota seats and the process is completely transparent. Also all seats are purely on merit and the institute does not charge any Capitation Fees, whatsoever. You will have to enclose the following documents along with your form ;
