Here i think amity is better as per my view. But if you look around Lovely professional University is a quite good in its placements and scholarship slabs.
Visit amit as well as lovely professional university's campus at least once.
Search from google ranking of both lovely professional university and amity university.

You can do B.Tech in CSE/IT it has good scope in India as well as in abroad.
If you want to work in abroad then i would recommend you to take admission in B.Tech twinning arrangement, in this first 2 years of your degree you will do in India next two year in some foreign University. One of my know is studying in Lovely professional University under the same program.

There are lot of universities but i think best one are Lovely professional University, VIT, osmania.
Also you may be offered scholarship as well in some private universities.
Before taking admission i would suggest you to visit the campus at least once.
Check for infrastructure, rankings, number of students studying etc.

As per my view B.Tech Biotechnology- food processing engineering is the best option.It has good placements too. There are many top rated university which offer this as Osmania Uni, Lovely Professional University, Delhi University.

As you in 12th you can opt for BCA/ BBA/ B.Sc and after that MBA in HR, retail, IT, Finance are best in demand you can pursue that.
MBA is better option, but i dint understand that why you want to do M.Com and then MBA.
No need to do M.Com. Either do M.com or MBA.
Also you have good option such as BBA+MBA dual degree.
Beside all these it is suggested to get admission in some top institute as:

IRMA – Institute of Rural Management Anand
LPU - Lovely professional university
XIMB – Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneshwar

SIESCOMS does have management quota seats, but they too are fully based on merit. You have to buy the same form that is purchased for the minority quota and fill it up and submit it the college office.
A merit list will be out even for the management quota seats and the process is completely transparent. Also all seats are purely on merit and the institute does not charge any Capitation Fees, whatsoever. You will have to enclose the following documents along with your form ;
List of documents to be submitted : - (Original and 3 Attested photocopies)
1. Two latest photographs
2. SSC Marksheet and Passing Certificate
3. HSC Marks
