It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your B.E 2nd year consecutively 3 times in a row. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential, you are worth a thousand sparrows. Both the courses of are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do

6. Fast typing is a thing which everyone should learn.
And where about extra knowledge gaining in computers is good there is no harm in learning coding and creating software of general use.
As far I have seen, IP is the most scoring subject so it's good to opt.

It is possible to pursue 2 courses together, however one has to decide which course to pursue as a regular mode of learning and which from distance / correspondence.
There is difference in Correspondence and Regular course, I would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good.

1 Relation and function& Inverser tri. Fun. - 10 marks, matrix &determinants - 13M,
2 LPP - 6marks, probability - 10 M, vectors and 3D - 17 M,
3 Differential and Integral calculus - 44 M, do this preparation as I divided. And then try to solve previous years papers at least of 5 years.
