Let me tell you that mechanical engineers are needed everywhere as everywhere manufacturing is required and even in now a days of hightech robots even they need mechanical systems to build their infrastructure. Also other sectors where mechanical engineer are there can be listed as railway, aerospace, petroleum, automotive, ceramic, fertilizer,and the list goes on.
