You would have to check on their websites or taking some orientation classes to know how many seats are left. IPU usually accepts people from management quota as well, so you don't have to worry if you don't get your name. The money would work.

BCA being a technical course needs complete attention. It is always good to pursue BCA from a regular college than from distance, as the knowledge and skills you get in full time are impossible to get in distance learning. And moreover, no open university provide you placement options.
