UPSC preparation requires constant mentoring and guidance. Most of the coaching institutes follow a very generic approach where they cover syllabus through classes and notes. If you want to do diploma instead of 11th class then this will be of 3 years. After completing the diploma, you can go for lateral entry in b.tech with which relaxation of one year will be given to you and the admission will take place in 2nd year of B.Tech.
