B.Sc Genetics is degree course in the feled of genetics. Genetics is of fundamental importance to all branches of modern biology, from evolutionary biology to medicine, and extends into many practical areas, such as biotechnology and agriculture. However, As Genetics is not a vocational degree, leading straight onto a fixed career path, those graduates that decide against further study often spend their first year after graduation in entry level jobs building up relevant work experience to enter professional and managerial roles in a range of sectors. Graduates from Genetics go into a range of careers. Around a third choose to work in scientific research and development, which may require significant postgraduate study, usually a PhD. Around two thirds of graduates choose other career options such as teaching or communicating science, as well as careers unrelated to the life sciences including management, finance, marketing and the civil service.

There are many options available. Always remember, you should pursue a course based on your interest, skills and long term career goal.
After B.Sc, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Sc.
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with the technical course (M.Sc) or management course (MBA).
So, in a nutshell, it's your decision to choose between the two lines. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.
