Hi Huidrom,
As far as i know, the cut-off for SIBM Pune is 97-98 percentile for general category students. Your profession does will not reduce the cut-off limit. You can consult college authorities for more information.

in terms of reputation and corporate visibility, IIFT IB is much more better than SIIB. Although i am not aware of the course structure at SIIB, IIFT incorporates special courses with International Business as its focus.
In terms of placements also, IIFT is superior to SIIB.

Hi Rhicha,
There is no coordination between the regulatory bodies like UGC, NCTE and RCI who are responsible for development of the curriculum and syllabi of M.Ed programme, that is the reason for uncertainty in the duration of the MEd course.
The duration of M Ed curriculum is one year in all the Universities except two year through distance mode by IGNOU.
