Some colleges in Maharashtra are admit students having 1 or 2 KTs in their SSC exams. Yes you can apply for such colleges in your locality or where ever you want to study. Or. You can attend octobers exam to clear that KT and then apply for admission. In both cases you can get admission and start studying for your 11th Science.

If you are aiming for a CSE seat I would say there are few chances to get it. But If you are okay with the other branches then you may get the seat.

You may try for NCR region based aktu affiliated colleges, apart from counselling they take direct admissions as well based on your board percentage and other criteria.
