Hi,
Please remember getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates. However if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job then getting a job should not be a problem.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and job portals.
Both of these medium provides information about vacant job position and eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then

Hi Studying Abroad has been very easy nowadays, Decide what you want to study first then according to that think which country and which university will be best for that particular course , then the next step is to contact that particular university directly or else you can contact a overseas consultant who can easily help you in short-listing the university for your required course. You can check the university list in https://www.shiksha.com itself,
If you still intent to study only in University of Cambridge , be strong in that and contact the university directly through email or call them for details or else consult the consultant

Hi,
After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MB
