In India there is a 5½ year degree course offering a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) degree.
Doctor of Naturopathy / Natural Medicine (N.D./N.M.D.) is an 18 month post-graduate course conducted by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, duly Registered by the Government of West Bengal under Act XXVI based on the Central Government Act XXI of 1860.
Students completing the N.D./N.M.D. course can register his/her name as a Registered Practitioner – RMP(IBAM) under Rule 7A of IBAM and can practice anywhere in India under Article 19(1)g of the Constitution of India.

I would also advice you to -
1. Take a course in stock brokering from either National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange
2. Work at a stock brokering firm and gain a minimum of two years' work experience.
Thereafter also enroll for a postgraduate course in Finance & Control / Commerce / Economics is useful for entry into this business.

If you mean undergraduate degree in hotel management, then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Now coming to MBA, so please remember if you wish to make your career specifically in the field of hotel and hospitality sector only, then you may consider pursuing MBA in hospitality or travel and tourism.
Whereas if you wish to keep your scope open for other sectors as well in that case you may consider pursuing general MBA program.

Yes, you may surely pursue MBA, however please remember with 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good university in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
