Hi,
It seems that you wish to pursue MS degree from US, so for this you need to first of all know the various admission intake in US.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
1. Fall(September) intake.
2. Spring(January) intake.
The application deadlines in American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So I would suggest you to take GRE or TOEFL tests atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
The application deadline for spring intake is November and for fall intake is July.
So if you wish to take admission in spring intake in that case I would suggest you to take these tests as soon as possible so that you may not miss on any application deadlines.
However if you miss the spring intake in then yo may seek admission on subsequent intake i.e. fall intake.
