Dear Hemanth,Eligibility for MBA is Graduation So with diploma you are not eligible for MBA.
Many Autonomous institutes and private universities offer admission to Diploma candidates but it is not valid for Govt jobs and higher education.
Better you complete graduation first and then go for MBA.
And if your diploma is valid then you would get lateral entry in graduation. You haven't mentioned the whether it is Engineering diploma or Management or another, so can't advise you more.
Good Luck !

Dear Smita, Instead of BE/B.Tech you should go for BCA/BSc -IT/CS through Distance Learning if regular is not possible.
Duration of BCA/BSc-IT/CS is 3 years but with your Engineering Diploma you will get admission directly in IInd Year under Lateral Entry scheme which will save your year.
Within 2 years you will be Graduate and job ready. Eligible to apply for any Govt jobs which require just graduation.
Top Universities for BCA/BSc through Distance Learning
1)Sikkim Manipal University
2)University of Madras
3)Annamalai University
4)LPU
5)Amity university
etc
Further education route you should take .
