Qualifying Examination Code
Admissions and Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD
Seats other than 15% All India Quota
Qualifying Exam
Minimum age requirement
Qualifying marks and Nationality
Candidate should also make sure about
States/Deemed universities/central universities including DU/BHU/AMU

It is not a pretty big deal doing so. Prepare well for NEET directly, most of the syllabus will automatically be covered at a great extent and you do not have to worry about the boards. If you want to prepare the other way that is good too, while it comes to balance the Board preparation and NEET Preparation, just compare the syllabus. As NEET is based on NCERT syllabus which if followed by CBSE so u get most of same things. Now prepare the common part of NCERT and NEET Syllabus first and then the remaining. Hope it helps. Thanks.
