Hello,
Yes, you can appear in the exam but make sure you will qualify in M.A. With a minimum 55% or 50% if you belong from the general or reserved category respectively. NTA has also released the UGC NET 2019 Application form on 9th September till 9th October 2019. After clearing the UGC NET exam make sure you will qualify your master's degree within 3 years of duration. As per the UGC NET rules, if you fail to clear your Masters in 3 years your qualifying certificate will be disqualified. I hope the above information will help you out. All the Best.

I don't recommend for a correspondence course and that too in engineering. If you are talking about graduation please don't go for correspondence course. If you are asking for Post-Graduation, then also I will not recommend. For doctorate course you may go for. Why I am not recommending it? Since Engineering is more to do with practical not theoretical which you can get while attending the college lectures discussing it with your friends? Outside world will give you exposure about the market scenario and you will be able to learn and grasp more. Best of luck.

Hello,
While filling up the UGC NET Application Form, you will have to upload your passport size photograph and signature. Here are the required dimensions and size for uploading the documents -
Upload scanned images of Candidates Photograph (file size: 10 kb - 200 kb) and
Candidates Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb) in JPG/JPEG format
There are some changes in UGC NET application procedure. You must know about all the changes to apply successfully for the exam. Hope it helps.

Yes, you can get admission in DAV College for M.Com. DAV College, Chandigarh, offers M.Com under the PG Programmes list. The selection of the candidates in any of these courses is strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats. For M.Com. The candidates must possess a graduate degree in Commerce (general or Hons. ). With 45% marks or 50% marks in a Bachelors degree in Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Commerce. It is good that if you have job in power plant, but it depends upon that in which sector you are government or private. You will get an experience in this job profile too after which you can switch to any other company for better salary.
If you are computer science then go for famous MNC, only after that you will be placed in abroad and getting handsome salary.
