No it is not possible without maths and for information Biology subject is not for Engineering you should have Physics Chem and Mathematics as main subject in 10+2 or Diploma in Engineering after 10th to be an engineer biology is for career in medicine but
if you have interest in computer and software you can do BCA some University provide BCA course without mathematics mandatory in 10+2 level with option to have study Bridge course (Mathematics) with first semester of BCA

Just by doing a diploma may not provide you an opportunity for a decent job, unless you plan to do some skill based vocational / job oriented courses to start as your own small business. Alternatively, you need to have some graduation in the relevant fied if you want to continue in Engineering only. Else you can choose another stream for graduation in which you are more comfortable and have an interest.
