The MCA degree is only available in India. Similar programs using different notations are available. You need to check the programs to know if you would be interested to pursue the same such as MS IT or MS CS. Can you mention your marks?

No, it is not a good option if you take direct admission they will ask you for more fee but if you go there with your scorecard of any entrance exam, it will be fruitful for you.
