Yes your chances are high to get admission as you have a good academics and GRE score although your projects will also help you to enhance your application acceptance. Since you have done Btech in Automobile engineering i guess you are interested in MS in the same program, so go ahead and apply in 2-3 more universities along with this one like Dresden University , Technical University Munich etc.

That is which is depend on the visa officer however the Visa officer should ask about your plans after studies , some questions which are:-
1. What your plans after studies?
2.Why you want to go to this country?
3.Will you stay back if you get chance of job there?
4.Regarding funds and re-payment etc.

As you want to pursue MBA in Media Management, i would like to say that MBA in Media Management is a rare course and very few institutes provide MBA in Media Management rather i would suggest you to opt for PG in Media or Mass Comm. Also there are many good institutes that will provide you this course. Media is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. Few good institutes are IIMC, MICA, XIC, Jamia, FTII, AAFT, etc.
