Age can never be a barrier to further your education. As far as making a career in banking sector is concerned the best option for you would be to do an MBA in Finance or Finance & Banking. The other courses which you may consider are MFC, MFM, MFA or certifications like CFA, ACCA, CWA, etc.

Almost all the good Universities would require that the candidate should have a Masters degree with 55% to 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
However, the admission procedure may vary from University to University so, I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the University and get the most updated information.
