There are enormous options available in the world, for all sectors, with different cost ranges. There are domestic and international institutes offering courses online and on campus. This can surely guide you to select one of those but you need to first decide, where you want to land up yourself in professional career.
Some really specifics options currently in demand are:
Finance+Language (e.g. Korean, Chinese, Japanese)
TechnoFunctional roles are slowly picking up these days. If you know good accounting and you have understanding of VB, SQL and few basic languages that can help you to grow to a business analyst level
ERP Functionalist courses are available with Oracle and Sap
in Accounting CA, CPA, CIA, ACA etc.
In Finance you have MBA Banking and finance, international marketing, corporate finance, CFA, CMA, CIMA, ICMA, MSC etc
(some of these are time consuming but not expensive and some of these are expensive)
Company secretary course is another option.
In Banking there are loads of other options also.

* Generally, after completing diploma in fashion design (3 years), students opt for lateral entry B.Sc course.
As you have completed diploma of 1 year and have completed 12th, you may for the degree course. Completing 12th is the basic requirement to pursue any advance course or apply for job in any sector in future.
* To be eligible for B.Sc fashion design (lateral entry) :
You need to pass Diploma Fashion (3 years after 10th) or (1/2 years after 12th) equivalent with 50% aggregate marks.
